Carre Neige insurance covers the cost of piste and off piste rescue and ambulance in the case of an emergency. For season 2020/21 the Carre Neige insurance is €3.00 per day.

It is possible to buy a lift pass that is valid for 3 hours for the Meribel valley or 4 hours for the Three valleys. We strongly recommend that if you intend to ski/board on your arrival day that you buy this type of lift pass once you arrive in Meribel. This is simple to do and can be purchased at the lift pass office at La Chaudanne. Please note these passes cannot be ordered on the Ski Cuisine booking system and you can only buy these in Meribel.

Can I upgrade to a 3 Valley pass during the week?

It is possible to upgrade from a Meribel Valley to a 3 Valley pass on a daily basis. I will be arriving in Meribel early on the Saturday and plan to ski that day, what are my options?

We recommend that if you plan to ski on the day of arrival that you buy a lift pass for that day only when you arrive. There are various options such as a 3 hour Meribel valley pass, a 4 hour Three valley pass or a full day pass. We do not recommend that you pre order a 7 day lift pass for example as if you are delayed and unable to use the pass on your arrival day we are unable to refund any money. Therefore, the best option is to buy the pass of your choice on your arrival day and pre order via the Ski Cuisine booking system your weekly pass, commencing the day after your arrival in Meribel.

Do I need to make payment when booking ski passes?

Full payment is required when you make your ski pass booking. You will be directed to our secure payment portal 'Paybox' supplied by Credit Agricole. Payment must be made by credit or debit card (AMEX is not accepted)
Once your payment is approved you will receive confirmation by email.
